Service interruption via leaked ICU device references

Device reference leakage in the rz-dmac driver in Linux Kernel allows local users to interrupt service through DMA-controller probe failures. rz_dmac_parse_of_icu() obtains an ICU platform-device reference but returns from failed setup paths without releasing it. Reachability requires a Renesas RZ/V2H(P) system using this driver and a failed or deferred probe; repeated failures leak references without enabling data access or modification.
