Mount failure via omitted conflicting inode logging

Btrfs denial of service in Linux Kernel 4.6 and later allows remote attackers to cause mount failure via SMB2 rename and flush requests. copy_inode_items_to_log() skips conflicting ref/extref inodes created in an earlier transaction, leaving a stale name collision that replay treats as a deletion. A guest-writable Btrfs-backed ksmbd share and a subsequent unclean shutdown are required; replay aborts and leaves the filesystem unmounted.
