Stored XSS via unencoded package search fields

Stored XSS in LavaLite CMS 10.1.0 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to execute script in other users' browsers. Package creation accepts crafted HTML or JavaScript in Name or Description, stores it, and package search renders those fields without output encoding. Exploitation requires an account that can create a package and a separate user to view matching search results; script then runs with that viewer's session privileges.
