Local denial of service via premature interrupts

Denial of service in the Linux kernel gve driver allows local users to trigger system failures through a device interrupt race. The interrupt request path enables interrupts before its NAPI context is registered, so __napi_poll can run against an incompletely initialized context. Local low-privileged access and an active gve device are required; the resulting failure can interrupt the host.
