Service interruption via failed handshake socket leaks

Resource leak in the Linux kernel allows local users to retain sockets by triggering failed in-kernel TLS handshake submissions. handshake_req_submit() replaces sk->sk_destruct before hashing the request but does not restore the original destructor when submission fails, so handshake_sk_destruct() exits without releasing the socket. Local low-privileged access is required, and repeated failures consume kernel socket resources and can interrupt service.
