Use-after-free via non-OF reference imbalance

Use-after-free in the Linux kernel ISP1301 USB PHY driver allows local users to access a released I2C device through a non-OF path. The isp1301_get_client() helper increments the returned I2C device's reference count only for OF lookups, while callers release it unconditionally. Reachability requires a non-OF configuration and a race with PHY-driver unbinding while the device is in use; no demonstrated end effect is published.
