Local system crash via NULL RAID5 configuration

NULL pointer dereference in Linux Kernel 6.13 allows local users to crash the system through the RAID5 group_thread_cnt setting. raid5_store_group_thread_cnt detects a NULL mddev->private value but still calls raid5_quiesce, which reloads and dereferences that value. Reachability requires local low-privilege access and an md device without a private RAID5 configuration; the bounded consequence is a kernel crash.
