Kernel crash via unextended BPF kfunc arguments

Improper argument handling in the Linux kernel on LoongArch allows local users with low privileges to trigger a kernel panic. The LoongArch BPF JIT passes signed kfunc arguments as native calls without extending them to the width required by the architecture's calling convention.
