Wi-Fi disruption via accepted unicast Beacons

Improper beacon validation in affected Linux Kernel releases allows physically proximate attackers to disrupt Wi-Fi connectivity. The mac80211 receive path accepts protected unicast Beacon frames as valid because its BIGTK check does not reject a nonbroadcast Address 1. An unauthenticated transmitter within radio range can forge Beacons that alter channel or link state and sustain loss of Wi-Fi service.
