Local system crash via ASP affinity reprogramming

A PA-RISC interrupt-affinity flaw in Linux Kernel on HP 730 workstations allows local users to crash the system with a HPMC. The gsc_set_affinity_irq function writes an affinity value to OFFSET_IAR without excluding ASP silicon version 0x70, whose register is not at the expected location. Reaching the faulty path requires a PA-RISC HP 730 with the ASP chip and an operation that changes IRQ affinity; the result is a system crash, not data access or modification.
