Kernel-memory disclosure via unchecked OSD map length

Out-of-bounds read in Linux Kernel libceph allows local users to expose kernel memory and crash the kernel via a corrupted OSD map. decode_pool() treats the ceph_pg_pool envelope's encoded length as the sole boundary, then decodes or skips version-dependent fields without checking every read against the input buffer. Exposure requires an active kernel Ceph client to process a maliciously shortened OSD map; impact is limited to kernel-memory disclosure and a kernel crash.
