Boot hang via unnamed watchdog MMIO resource

Boot-time denial of service in the Linux Kernel allows local users to hang x86 systems when the VIA watchdog driver initializes. The via_wdt probe calls allocate_resource() without assigning the MMIO resource a name, leaving an unnamed BAD entry in /proc/iomem that breaks later resource lookups and conflict checks. Exposure requires an x86 system with the VIA watchdog driver initialized; the reported consequence is a boot hang, not data access or modification.
