Kernel crash via unchecked IFPC register list

NULL pointer dereference in Linux Kernel 6.18 through 6.18.2 allows local users to crash the kernel during Adreno GPU initialization. The a7xx_patch_pwrup_reglist() function iterates ifpc_reglist to set power-up register values without first checking whether the table exists. The flaw is reachable only on systems with an A7xx GPU that lacks IFPC support, and the documented consequence is a kernel crash.
