Local kernel-memory corruption via OA configuration race

Use-after-free in the Linux Kernel drm/xe observation subsystem allows local users to corrupt kernel memory through a timed ioctl race. xe_oa_add_config_ioctl() reads oa_config->id after releasing metrics_lock, while a concurrent removal ioctl can free that object first. Exploitation requires low local privileges, a guessed configuration identifier, and precise timing; the resulting stale dereference can expose data or interrupt service.
