Kernel crash via insufficient IPv6 GRE headroom

Denial of service in affected Linux Kernel releases allows local users to crash the kernel through IPv6 GRE device reconfiguration. When team or bonding changes leave an allocated packet buffer with too little headroom, ip6gre_header() calls skb_push() without first expanding the buffer. Local access capable of reconfiguring the devices and attaching an IPv6 GRE device is required; a successful trigger causes a kernel BUG and system interruption.
