Service interruption via missing RDMA netlink attribute

Uninitialized resource use in Linux Kernel allows local users to cause a service interrupt via a crafted RDMA netlink response. The ib_nl_handle_ip_res_resp path indexes the DGID entry without first populating its parsed attribute array, leaving stack data uninitialized when LS_NLA_TYPE_DGID is absent. A low-privileged local process must answer a kernel-initiated RDMA_NL_LS_OP_IP_RESOLVE query without the required DGID, and the reported impact is limited to availability.
