Service interruption via unchecked USB PHY address

Improper PHY address validation in the Linux Kernel ASIX USB network driver allows local users to interrupt service through a malicious USB device. The device-supplied address reaches mdiobus_get_phy() without a PHY_MAX_ADDR bounds check, triggering an out-of-range warning.
