Remote system crash via IPv6 route race

Reachable assertion in the Linux Kernel allows remote attackers to crash PREEMPT_RT systems by sending IPv6 traffic that triggers a route race. In rt6_make_pcpu_route(), a task that loses the cmpxchg race after another same-CPU task installs rt6i_pcpu treats the valid collision as BUG_ON(prev). The path is reachable through unauthenticated IPv6 routing only on PREEMPT_RT kernels, where preemption between lookup and installation can panic the kernel and interrupt the host.
