Authenticated arbitrary file deletion via path traversal

Path traversal in risesoft-y9 Digital-Infrastructure 9.6.0 through 9.6.7 allows remote authenticated users to delete arbitrary files. Y9FileController.deleteFile concatenates the user-controlled fullPath with the configured file root without validation, then deletes the file named by fileName. Low-privileged access to the HTTP endpoint is sufficient, and deletion is limited to files writable by the service account.
