Local memory exhaustion via unbounded OA sync count

Improper input validation in the Linux Kernel drm/xe driver allows local users to exhaust memory through oversized OA open requests. The OA open path accepts an unbounded num_syncs value from userspace and uses it to size synchronization-object allocations instead of enforcing DRM_XE_MAX_SYNCS. A low-privileged local user with access to the Xe DRM interface can consume excessive kernel memory; no confidentiality or integrity impact is reported.
