Local service interruption via failed tmpfs renames

A rename-recovery flaw in affected Linux Kernel releases allows local users to interrupt service via tmpfs renames under severe memory pressure. On the failure path, shmem_rename2 completes shmem_whiteout before a later Maple Tree insertion fails, and simple_offset_rename does not restore a consistent rename state. Reachability requires local rename activity on a tmpfs filesystem during severe memory pressure; published sources do not identify a more specific failure mode than loss of availability.
