Process crash via out-of-context tensor marking

Denial of service in OneFlow 0.9.0 allows local users to crash a Python process by passing a tensor to mark_non_differentiable. A public reproducer directly constructs FunctionCtx outside a custom autograd function, and mark_non_differentiable then accepts a tensor before the process terminates with a segmentation fault. Triggering the flaw requires local Python code execution; the disclosed consequence is limited to terminating the affected process, and the underlying memory operation remains undisclosed.
