Process crash via mismatched index tensor type

Improper input validation in OneFlow 0.9.0 allows attackers to crash a process by passing a floating-point index to index_add. The CPU kernel assumes that the index tensor contains Int32 values, then reaches a fatal type check when it receives Float32 indices instead of returning an API error. Any application that passes attacker-controlled tensor arguments to index_add can be terminated, but the evidence shows no host compromise or code execution.
