Process crash via empty tensor sorting
Published Jan 28, 2026 · Updated Jan 28, 2026
Denial of service in OneFlow 0.9.0 allows context-dependent attackers to crash a process by passing an empty tensor to flow.argsort. flow.argsort attempts to sort an empty tensor with an invalid input size, raising a floating-point exception and producing a core dump. The attacker must influence an application's tensor input and trigger the API; the CVE record instead names flow.column_stack, which the linked issue does not substantiate.
