Stored script execution via unencoded job fields
Published Feb 2, 2026 · Updated Feb 2, 2026
Stored XSS in the Jobs module of Tendenci CMS 15.3.7 allows remote authenticated users to run scripts in visitors' browsers via job fields. The /jobs/add endpoint stores job titles, URL paths, descriptions, job URLs, and other text fields and renders them without output encoding. An attacker needs job-submission access, and execution occurs when another user views a job listing or detail page, exposing page data and actions available to that browser session.
