Denial of service via non-atomic RUNVM transfer

State corruption in TON Virtual Machine before 2025.04 allows remote attackers to interrupt smart-contract execution through RUNVM. VmState::run_child_vm moves the parent libraries and log into a child non-atomically, so an out-of-gas exception can leave those parent resources empty or invalid. Gas isolation lets the parent resume in the corrupted state, causing unexpected behavior or denial of service within the affected contract context.
