Privilege escalation via unenforced certificate key usage

Improper certificate validation in ralphje Signify before 0.9.2 allows remote authenticated users to accept unauthorized code signatures. The Authenticode verification path in signed_data.py and context.py accepts certificates that lack required extended key usage or carry an incompatible key usage instead of rejecting the signature. Reachability requires an application to verify attacker-controlled signed content; successful abuse treats code signed with a certificate not authorized for code signing as trusted.
