Unauthenticated code execution via mediaId shell injection

OS command injection in Smanga 3.2.7 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary commands through the rescan.php mediaId parameter. The endpoint concatenates the untrusted mediaId value into a system shell command without quoting, escaping, or validation. No authentication is required, and injected shell metacharacters execute commands with the privileges of the Smanga server process.
