Stored browser script execution via unencoded sidebar fields

Stored cross-site scripting in LimeSurvey 6.15.20+251021 allows remote authenticated users to execute script in an administrator's browser. The SideBarWidget side_bar.php view places stored Box title and URL values into HTML attributes without encoding, allowing injected event handlers. An authenticated user must create or edit a homepage box, and execution occurs when an administrator opens the dashboard and interacts with the rendered button.
