CVE-2025-70795Known exploitationPublic exploit

Service interruption via unchecked process-termination IOCTL

Published Apr 17, 2026 · Updated Apr 17, 2026

Denial of service in Safetica STProcessMonitor 11.11.4.0 allows local users to terminate protected processes via a crafted IOCTL request. The driver's IOCTL handler accepts control code 0xB822200C without adequately validating the caller, then performs process termination in kernel space. Administrative privilege and driver loading are required, and exploitation can interrupt third-party security services or applications.
