Admin-session script execution via unsanitized orderDirection
Published Feb 5, 2026 · Updated Feb 5, 2026
Reflected XSS in Microweber before 2.0.20 allows remote attackers to execute JavaScript in an administrator's browser via a crafted URL. The abandoned() method in AbandonedOrderController accepts orderDirection without applying xss_clean, allowing script markup to reach the response. Successful exploitation requires an administrator to visit the attacker-supplied URL and runs code in that administrator's browser session.
