Local process crash via unchecked page size

Heap-based buffer overflow in HDF5 1.14.6 allows local users to crash a process by opening a crafted HDF5 file. H5O__fsinfo_decode accepts a zero or oversized file-space page size from file metadata, and H5FS__sect_link_size later reads beyond its heap allocation. A low-privileged local user must cause an HDF5-linked process to parse the file; the demonstrated consequence is an out-of-bounds read and process abort.
