Process crash via repeated free-space section serialization

Heap-based buffer overflow in HDF5 1.14.6 allows local users to crash an HDF5-consuming process with a crafted HDF5 file. H5FS__sect_link retains a stale free-space-section reference after a later insertion step fails, so H5FS__sinfo_serialize_node_cb serializes that section repeatedly beyond its allocated heap buffer. Low-privileged local access and control of a file processed by the library are required; the demonstrated consequence is a process abort and service interruption.
