Service interruption via unbounded time parameter copy
Published Jan 21, 2026 · Updated Jan 21, 2026
Stack overflow in Tenda AX-1806 1.0.0.1 allows remote attackers to crash the router via a crafted unauthenticated HTTP request. The sub_60CFC function copies the user-controlled time parameter with strcpy into a fixed-size field at a2 + 34 without enforcing a maximum length. No authentication or user interaction is required; an oversized POST to /goform/saveParentControlInfo corrupts adjacent memory and persistently interrupts router service.
