Process crash via incorrect cpat row stride

Heap-based buffer overflow in GPAC 2.4.0 allows attackers to crash the process by opening or processing a crafted MP4 file. The uncv_parse_config function allocates fa_map for a width-by-height grid but uses height as the row stride when writing cpat values, producing an out-of-bounds heap write when height exceeds width. Exploitation requires a victim or service to process the file; the demonstrated consequence is a process crash.
