Application crash via undersized vector allocation

Heap-based buffer overflow in GPAC 2.4.0 allows local users to crash the application by opening a crafted binary GHI file. In ghi_dmx_declare_opid_bin(), GF_PROP_VEC2I_LIST handling allocates four bytes per item but writes two 32-bit coordinates, overrunning the heap. Exploitation requires GPAC to parse the file through the ghidmx filter; the published CVE impact is a process crash, not code execution.
