Access bypass in Drupal Two-factor Authentication before 1.11.0 allows remote authenticated users to view other users' recovery codes. Drupal has not published the affected function; the recovery-code viewing path fails to prevent privileged cross-account reads. A role must hold Administer TFA for other users, and the reported consequence is disclosure of authentication backup secrets without data modification.
