Stack corruption via oversized curTime formatting
Published Mar 9, 2026 · Updated Mar 9, 2026
Stack buffer overflow in D-Link DIR-513 1.10 allows remote attackers to corrupt stack memory through a crafted HTTP POST request. The formdumpeasysetup handler passes an oversized curTime form value through a local variable to sprintf, overrunning a stack buffer. The published request carries no authentication token, while available evidence does not establish whether the corruption causes a crash or enables code execution.
