Unauthenticated service interruption via curTime stack overflow
Published Mar 9, 2026 · Updated Mar 9, 2026
Stack buffer overflow in D-Link DIR-513 firmware 1.10 allows remote attackers to interrupt service via a crafted curTime HTTP parameter. The formSetWAN_Wizard534 handler passes the unbounded curTime value to sprintf while constructing data in a fixed-size stack buffer. No authentication or user interaction is required; the published assessment limits impact to availability, with no confidentiality or integrity effect.
