Memory corruption via unbounded curTime formatting
Published Mar 5, 2026 · Updated Mar 5, 2026
Stack buffer overflow in D-Link DIR-513 1.10 allows remote attackers to corrupt memory via curTime in formSetMACFilter. The handler passes the attacker-controlled curTime value through sprintf into the stack buffer identified as v18 without enforcing a destination-length bound. Network access to the web interface is sufficient and no authentication header appears in the published request; reliable code execution is not established.
