Unrestricted file upload in code-projects Scholars Tracking System 1.0 allows remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary PHP code. The update_profile_picture.php and upload_picture.php endpoints retain the user-supplied filename in web-accessible uploads/ without validating its type or extension. Any authenticated account can upload a PHP file and request it to run with the web server user's privileges.
