Incorrect access control in SourceCodester Customer Support System 1.0 allows remote attackers to modify application data through ajax.php. The ajax.php dispatcher accepts an action parameter and invokes matching administrative methods in admin_class.php without authentication or authorization. Unauthenticated network access is sufficient to create customers, delete users including the administrator, and alter or delete tickets, departments, and comments.
