UPF crash via unchecked SDF Filter length

Heap buffer overflow in free5GC UPF 4.0.1 allows remote attackers to crash the service via a crafted PFCP Session Modification Request. SDFFilterFields.UnmarshalBinary trusts the SDF Filter's declared length and slices beyond the available buffer, causing a runtime bounds panic. No authentication or user interaction is required; exploitation terminates active PFCP sessions and disrupts connected UEs until UPF recovery.
