AMF crash via unchecked mobile identity index

Array out-of-bounds access in free5GC AMF 4.0.1 allows remote attackers to crash the service via a crafted NAS Registration Request. GetSUCI in NAS_MobileIdentity5GS.go reads index 5 from a five-element array while parsing the message's malformed 5GS Mobile Identity, triggering a Go runtime panic. No authentication is required, and successful exploitation terminates the AMF service and interrupts 5G core access until the service is restored.
