Sensitive-file access and deletion via path traversal

Directory traversal in OpenSatKit 2.2.1 allows attackers to read sensitive files or delete arbitrary files via crafted telecommands. FileUtil_GetFileInfo checks only file state and path length, then file-management handlers pass unnormalized operator-supplied paths to OS_* file APIs without rejecting parent-directory segments or enforcing a mission-directory boundary. Access to the command-and-telemetry interface is required; successful exploitation reaches files permitted to the flight-software process.
