Published Feb 18, 2026 · Updated Feb 18, 2026
Cross-site request forgery in PHPGurukul Hospital Management System 4.0 allows remote attackers to create privileged Doctor accounts. The add-doctor.php endpoint accepts attacker-chosen doctor details in a POST request and creates the account without validating a CSRF token. Exploitation requires an authenticated administrator to visit a malicious page, causing the administrator's browser to submit the account-creation request.
