Information disclosure via disabled TLS certificate validation

Improper certificate validation in Sunbird-Ed SunbirdEd-portal 1.13.4 allows man-in-the-middle attackers to read sensitive data in transit. HTTP request options set rejectUnauthorized to false, causing the Node.js client to accept untrusted TLS server certificates. An attacker must be positioned between the portal and an HTTPS service; the documented consequence is passive disclosure through server spoofing, with no reported integrity or availability impact.
