Unrestricted file upload in phpgurukul News Portal Project 4.1 allows remote attackers to execute PHP code through upload.php. The endpoint passes multipart files to class.uploader.php, whose uploadFile method moves them into a web-accessible uploads directory without checking content or extensions. Network access to the endpoint is sufficient; an uploaded PHP script runs with the web server's permissions.
