Unauthenticated file deletion via unsanitized path traversal

Path traversal in remove_file.php in phpgurukul News Portal Project 4.1 allows remote attackers to delete arbitrary server files. The endpoint prepends ../uploads/ to the unvalidated POST file value, checks the resulting path with file_exists, and passes it to unlink. No authentication is required, and deletion of application or system files interrupts service or crashes the hosted portal.
