Contributor-level code execution via unrestricted widget file inclusion
Published Jul 26, 2025 · Updated Apr 8, 2026
Local file inclusion in Hogash Studio Kallyas 4.21.0 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to execute uploaded PHP files. The TH_LatestPosts4 widget passes an attacker-selected local PHP path to an include operation without restricting the referenced file. Contributor-level access is required, and code execution depends on a PHP file being uploadable and then selected for inclusion; successful exploitation can also expose sensitive server data or bypass access controls.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
